Informativa sulla privacy

Ultimo aggiornamento: 7 ottobre 2026

Acquisti e abbonamenti – Google Play, App Store e RevenueCat

Contenuti online e moduli – Airtable

8. I tuoi diritti

Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 7, 2026

This policy applies to all apps published by Maurizio Polverini ("the developer", "we") on Google Play and the App Store (the "Apps"). It explains what data is processed when you use the Apps, why, and what your rights are under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 ("GDPR") and Italian law.

1. Data controller

Maurizio Polverini – Italy
Email: maurizio.polverini89@gmail.com

2. No account, data stored on your device

The Apps do not require registration or an account. The data you enter (for example recipes, ingredients, prices, settings) is stored only on your device and is not sent to us. If you uninstall an App, this data is deleted (except for your operating system's automatic backup, managed by Google or Apple according to your settings).

3. Data processed by third-party services

Depending on their features, some Apps use the services listed below. Each service processes data under its own privacy policy.

Advertising – Google AdMob

The free versions of some Apps show ads through Google AdMob. AdMob may collect your device's advertising ID, IP address, device information and ad interactions to serve ads, measure their performance and prevent fraud. In the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland you are asked for consent (through Google's consent form) before personalized ads are shown; you can change your choice at any time from the App's privacy settings. On iOS, tracking only happens if you allow it through Apple's prompt. Policy: policies.google.com/privacy – how Google uses data for advertising.

Purchases and subscriptions – Google Play, App Store and RevenueCat

Payments are handled entirely by Google Play or the App Store: we never receive your card or payment details. To verify purchases and subscription status we use RevenueCat, which receives an anonymous identifier generated by the App, transaction data (product, date, status, country/currency) and technical device information. Policy: revenuecat.com/privacy.

Online content and forms – Airtable

Some Apps download content (for example information, offers, books, lists) from an Airtable database; in this case the service receives technical request data such as your IP address. If you choose to fill in a form (for example to submit a business or contact us), the data you voluntarily enter is stored on Airtable and used only for the purpose of that form. Policy: airtable.com/company/privacy.

External links

The Apps may contain links to external websites (for example online stores, including affiliate links, or maps). These websites have their own policies, for which we are not responsible.

4. Purposes and legal bases

5. Retention

Data on your device stays until you delete it or uninstall the App. Data held by third-party services is kept according to their policies. Form data is kept as long as needed to handle your request, and in any case no longer than 24 months.

6. Transfers outside the EU

Some providers (Google, RevenueCat, Airtable) may process data in the United States or other non-EU countries, under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.

7. Children

The Apps are not directed at children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect children's data. If you believe a child has provided us with data, contact us and we will delete it.

8. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct and delete your data, restrict or object to its processing, request portability and withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to the email address above. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (garanteprivacy.it) or your local authority. Since we have no accounts or identifiers linking you to the data on your device, for many requests we may refer you directly to the relevant third-party service.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. The current version is always published on this page, with the date of the last update.
